Graduation Requirements
To earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), students must meet three key requirements. Each credit represents 110 instructional hours. Graduates may study up to 330 hours (110 × 3) of Mathematics including Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, and Data Management.
Complete 18 compulsory and 12 optional credits (30 total)
Complete 40 hours of community involvement activities
Pass the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (after completing Grade 9)

Over 60% of international students in Canada study in Ontario. Ontario has 20 universities and 24 post-secondary colleges. OSSD graduates can apply to university without further public exams; they must submit final marks of at least 6 Grade 12 / University Preparatory courses for admission.
Miniversity School System
Miniversity employs certified teachers registered with the Ontario College of Teachers, most holding master's or doctoral degrees. We operate on a semester system: Fall (Sep–Dec), Winter (Jan–Apr), Spring (May–Jun), and Summer (Jul–Aug). Various instructional techniques and small class sizes ensure personalized attention for every student.
Accelerated Path to Graduation
Strong students can complete Grade 12 university preparatory courses in about 6 months through our accelerated semester system. With four semesters per year and personalized academic advising, Miniversity helps students reach their university goals on the fastest possible timeline.
